To provide and maintain a dignified, congenial working environment for women employees (including teaching, non-teaching and students), where they can work, study and explore their potential to the fullest, COMMUNITY INSTITUTE OF MANAGEMENT STUDIES has constituted a Women's Cell - SIRI.
SIRI is a supportive platform empowering women staff and girl students to achieve their full potential. It fosters a safe, inclusive environment addressing gender equality and women's welfare. Through awareness programs, training, and counseling, the cell promotes women's rights and development. It encourages leadership, entrepreneurship, skill-building, bridging gaps, and breaking barriers. The cell collaborates with external organizations to amplify its impact. By championing women's empowerment, the Women's Cell strives to create a gender-equal society.
